"A need for a general upgrade in facilities"

"We arrived very late as we were coming from the west rim of the Grand Canyon. 2 girls were still at the desk and were very nice. I did not read this in any reviews, but grab some ear plugs that they have on the front counter. It looks like a container of candy. Depending on where your room is, you will hear the trains going by during the evening. We got used to them. Breakfast in the morning was very good"

"Pros: Clean rooms with a nicely stocked kitchenette, pool and hot tub access, plenty of parking, the employees at the registration desk were friendly and helpful. Cons: Outdated, cramped rooms (though we had two adults and two kids with us- two adults would be fine), and the woman at the concierge desk (on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend) was downright rude. When I asked about the local shuttle service for hikes, she told me it was operated by the city and therefore couldn't help me,...

"Room was nice with kitchenette, but parking was a hassle. There was never any open parking spaces near my building. Had to lug my suitcase, etc., from two buildings away."

"Terrible service. Tried to reach out for a refund because my flight got canceled and they were unable to give me a waiver for a refund even though I provided proof of my cancelled flight from the airline. Granted I understand it was completely last minute and inconvenient for them as much as this whole experience was for me. But I had already called them prior about a flight delay that resulted in the cancellation and still no waiver for a refund. Ridiculous tbh."

"Loved the location and the creek behind our cabin. Super quiet … that was the best thing about the property. Room are a little run down. Poor lighting and several light bulbs burnt out. TVs don’t work or allow you to stream. You can only bring a DVD which again is outdated. Couldn’t even look at local channels. kitchen offered lots of amenities. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Restaurant way over priced and I had a steak which was all fat and mashed potatoes tasted like box...

"Very classy. Huge room. We enjoyed snacks and drinks in the evening-they call them snacks, I called it a meal! Breakfast was more of the same. Great selection, clean, kind and helpful staff. I can’t say enough positive things about this location. We also took advantage of the laundry. Again everything was so clean. I would highly recommend this Drury."

"Basically an upgraded Motel 6 !! Nice guy at reception, room so so, and plastic glasses, Covid is Over !! I expect Glass glasses etc. Next Time I would find another Property. Cheers"
