"It was an overnight stay before our international flight the next day. We had the room with the queen bed and bunk set (4 of a s including 2 teenagers) it is tiny. Just enough to park your suitcases and get into bed. Perfect for what we were after. Takeaway food options and a supermarket very close. We walked to and from the airport."
"Location certainly gets 5 stars. Providing all cosmetics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion) in refillable bottles and real glasses and coffee mugs, not plastic ones, is great and certainly helps the environment. The room and bathroom was big enough and very clean. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. Only downsize that there was no window to open, not even a small one. AC was working but letting some fresh air in from time to time would be appreciated."
"We booked mainly because of the location and the indoor pool and spa which are perfect for young children as it is not deep the whole length of the pool . A 6 year old can stand in the pool but it is also great for adults to swim lengths. It was warm and the spa was great too. We appreciated being able to leave our car in the car park after our check out to give us a bit of time down on the waterfront in the morning, only a short walk down the road. "For a budget hotel the bed was really comfortable andthe room was reasonably sized which made the stay enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The location was ideal and close to all shops, restaurants and with easy walking distance to major attractions.
Would definitely choose to stay again when I'm next back in Auckland"
"We totally enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, very clean room with comfy bed. Convenient location straight off the motorway and opposite Westfield Newmarket. Awesome parking facilities"
"It was in very good condition and very nice for the price you pay. I was aurprised with how nice it was dorthw price. Very good budget accommodation."
"It's not flash but it's clean. Staff do not seem to speak English well, so had to ask them to repeat themselves a lot. My room was good but placed right by the front entrance, so I was woken every 1/2 hour when shuttle bus pulled in and conversations very loud. Not good when I only had 6 hours to sleep and had to be up at 2am!!! Preferred wine selected and ordered..... not available. A few disappointments."
"I liked the bed, very soft and comfy. I liked how clean it was and the staff were nice.
What I didn’t like was the noise from people at night time. It sounded like a bunch of people having a party without the music, I think I fell asleep around 1am."
"Me gustó la confianza y la comunicación por mensaje, pero me hubiera gustado una atención más personal. Que tuvieran personal a toda hora daría mayor seguridad.
Sobre la limpieza diaria, no aseaban, solo ordenaban y tendían la cama."
