"This hotel is beautiful and decorated Victorian style. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. I’ve never had a breakfast included in the price of the room this good. Every thing is in walking distance. If I go to New Orleans again this is the place I will stay and recommend."

"The hotel was beautiful. One step off the property and you right on Burbon street. If you want some quiet don’t get the balcony get the room facing the pool. I had a great night sleep every night and I went during Halloween."

"French Market is in the heart of the French Quarter and close to all the fun you would expect staying in the quarter. The Hotel is very good and we have stayed here before."

"Our 2nd time staying and we will return yr after yr. Feels like home. The hotel employees are super welcoming, including Nola and cali....iykyk. we love this spot."

"I have stayed in the French Quarter 5 times and this is the worst experience we have had. We had to change rooms 3 times in 3 days. Once due to keys not working (throughout our stay we had to have the keys reprogramed >10 ×'s), once due to toilet flushing continuously. The 1st room had such a strog chemical smell like someone was vaping in there. The 3rd room, which they said was their best (room 216) had a balcony door that did not close completely so you could smell people who were smoking...

"Poor water pressure in shower"

"The water was not getting high. I had to take a cold shower."

"Old and outdated"

"Great location. No lotion in room"

"Stay was for several nights. Front desk staff was exceptional and more than helpful. Always with a smile. Room- Clean. Wifi- very good. Beds- comfy. Water hot with good pressure. Size- large and oodles of space. Location- walkable to everything. Overall, I would come back and stay."
