"Given wrong room number on check-in but key cards for the room we were supposed to be in. At dinner, provided with out of date menu so meals ordered were not available and had to select something else. One staff member advised cocktails available but they didn't know how to make them. Other staff member advised cocktails not available. Ordered dessert (the first people in the dining room at dinner to do so) and after 45 minutes were advised that what we had selected had "run out" and was therefore not available."
