"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. We had booked three days stay to go downhill skiing, but finally got one day of downhill skiing due to delayed train transportation from Barcelona to Ribes de Freser, and the next day in Vall de Nuria there were too windy so the lifts were closed. There was very few snow, so only couple of slopes were open. Also only one restaurant in the area was open during our stay. "
