"We were taking the shuttle bus to Nairobi and we were picked up at this hotel. Very clean but the amenities are sparse: 1 towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 soap, no shampoo. Bathroom needs attention, no lighting above sink, faucet turns at base when turned on. Hot water for shower is a plus."

It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds. "There were dust on the desk, bathroom and toilet were not cleaned, hotwater only came occassionally for shower. Only one towel for a couple. Kitchen is dirty. There are cockroach crawling allover the kitchen. Better clean your utensils before eating. The hotel didn't even have credit card charging machine. Watch out the owner will try to charge you 3% extra for using credit cards which is not on the Hotel.com statement. Don't have the hotel arrange your Safari trip. I thought he ordered from...
