"Dining room ok .our bedroom terrible filthy carpet.loose wallpaper ceiling was patched Complained to reception got another room which was better but would be no good for a weeks stay. No drawers, big bench like thing to close to bed,
curtains had obviously been taken from a downstairs room as they were hanging with at least 1metre on the floor. very dissatisfied and would not go there again overpriced"

The lift was out of order which was a bit of a nuisance and the fan in the bathroom was rather noisy which made having a relaxing bath out of the question
I would recommend the hotel as it’s perfectly situated for Snowdon"
"Leuk hotel voor mijn doortocht vanaf Ierland naar Nederland en kort bij de ferryhaven in Holyhead. Ongeveer 15 min rijden. Gastvrij ontvangen, het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende. We hebben geen klagen en komen daar waarschijnlijk nog eens terug."

"The parking is excellent, the staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, the only issue we had, probably because of our age was the television was Freely not Freeview; the controls were very difficult to understand, normal channels were not available due supposedly to poor signal, so everything had to be done via iplayer etc I know we’ll all have to get use to it but for us oldies it is difficult!"
"Lovely clean hotel with excellent views. Staff were very welcoming and allowed us to have our room earlier which we were very grateful for after the journey to get there. What was also very umpressive was the amount of free coffee and tea available in the room."
"Extremely disappointed, ruined what was meant to be a special event for my mother 90 years old.
The room was in choking state of poor cleanliness. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, walls , sink and even on the Courtain and the balcony area. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable to be in.
The breakfast was terrible, completely greasy and unappealing. For a place that should be like a treat, this place ruined my special special occasion for my mother 90 years old

"It was your typical Welsh seaside B&B. Dated and in need of a full renovation but as a hotel maintenance guy maybe I see more. I appreciate the money isn’t there in this business any longer to do most of what is needed.
There are some beautiful old features and historic pictures that are nice.
Our neighbours kept their bathroom light and extract fan on all night so it sounded like we were near the airport but the view out of the windows over Llandudno are amazing.

Breakfast was continental which was fine for us. Two problems which they tried to solve were the hard bed and no hot water in the taps.

"The bedroom was of a standard quality that needed to be refurbished. The shower room was also very basic. The toilet was very hard to flush. The basin was too small and the shower would make a drilling noise when you turned it on. There was no complimentary water, no fridge, no air con or a safe. The staff were very friendly and welcoming."
