"Parking,great location"

"Nice area , rooms were clean, kinda small but overall a great stay"

"Pool was closed. Breakfast was mediocre at best."

"Room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Lots of construction in the area, with a surprising amount of street noise in the evening. Ask for a room away from the elevator to avoid noisy guests disturbing your sleep."

"Great, courteous staff. Cleanliness was average. Con: LED lights in the rooms."

"Loved the gym— spacious, clean and well equipped. The gym was the main reason I chose this property. Room was clean and all of the USB charging ports were helpful."

"Great stay."

"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cherry Hills in Omaha, and it was a five-star experience from start to finish—largely thanks to the exceptional front desk team. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff set a welcoming, professional tone. Check-in was fast and seamless, and they greeted every guest with genuine warmth. Whether answering questions about the area, accommodating requests without hesitation, or making checkout effortless, the front desk crew went above...

"Everything Was great!!"

"Overall the hotel was fine room was clean staff was very friendly the complimentary breakfast was very good and i know its not their fault but the hottub was broken was really looking forward to that after long drive and after walking the zoo in omaha all day and the pool was super small the TV in the room was going out had a terrible purple haze to it really bad. But overall good hotel"

We were never asked at check in or any other time. When we then asked for partial refund we were told it was not possible because we booked the room with a third party. Not cool Marriott."

"Booked a hotel yesterday just a friendly family fun with my son and his dad we payed the hotel up front , we had an okay time , then I got an email later that I was charged for $200 for smoking fee when we did not smoke in or near the property at all. I am a smoker and I smoked in my vehicle , going in and out of the building respecting there rules , and they still charged us and said we smoked in the room I had my 7 year old son with me. Not very friendly , rude customer service , and not very...

"Parking was good and staff was nice, but the upkeep of the property as a whole needs attention. My room smelled moldy and the furniture pieces were super dingy. The pillows were terrible."

"The lobby was inviting and relaxing. We found hair on our side table, an empty bottle of liquor on the floor, a safety pin open on the floor. The shower know fell off on my foot. It was not attached."
