"Really the stay was pleasant, but there is one problem that must be taken care of, the cleanliness of the room. I stayed a week. The first day, everything was excellent. After that, the cleanliness is very bad. I spoke with the reception, but it seems that the cleaners are inexperienced."

"Beautiful property, but impossible to sleep.
Sadly it ruined my birthday trip.
I am so disappointed with my stay at King Charles Boutique Hotel. While it is undeniably a beautiful little boutique hotel with lots of charm, the lack of basic comfort completely overshadowed its aesthetics.
The most significant issue was the absolute awful noise that goes on until 3:00 AM. The hotel website specifically claims to have soundproof rooms, which is not accurate at all. I was placed in the room...
"A great location with super easy access to the old town, with great amenities (we loved the pool and the hot tub with a view and the breakfast was very convenient). Staff is amazing. Would 100% stay again!!"
