"I checked out after being in the room only 45 minutes, dripping with sweat. I booked a standard single room with a window at a cost of £100 - I got a 6 foot square box which was 2/3 filled with bed, table and chair. The ‘window’ was 10’ high above the bed, covered over, unreachable and presumably could not be opened. Attending reception to complain - I was told there were no other rooms available, including an upgrade which I was prepared to pay for and that I could not receive a refund. I...

"We thought the room was lovely. Well decorated with lots of nice touches. The two staff I spoke to were polite and helpful. Our room had a lovely view of the beach. The parking was quite easy in the multi store in the precinct. The room was clean but could do with a few finishing touches, like for example a hole in the floor which had been filled in but not finished off properly. The bathroom needs a blind at the window. The shower gel bottle in the bathroom was empty. Didn’t have breakfast so...

"The room was small but lovely quite quirky lots of cushions and home furnishings . The bathroom was lovely modern and very clean."

"All OK - good location. Hotel looks very tired from the outside and inside beginning to look worn but overall a nice hotel in stay in with a good bar area. Breakfast was fairly basic."

"We had the small twin room very clean , no views as windows were covered and wouldn’t open they were alarmed … and the air con unit was quite noisy it kept going on and off .when customers who had surging switched it on and off . It didn’t spoil the stay for us , but just for information. Staff were excellent location good parking good 10 /15 minute walk down to the front . Bus to south side …"

"It’s billed as a BW Signature but having just come from a signature hotel in Solihull I beg to differ. First impression you pull up and think the gps has taken you to the wrong place no BW signage and a shabby looking exterior. Reception was a serving hatch in the wall find out your on the third floor lift only goes to the 2nd then you have to drag your cases up 2 flights of stairs the room is incredibly small,shower is a corner unit where your elbows hit the sides as you shower nowhere to put...
