Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western
8/10 Good
"This was a nice place to stay while visiting for a couple of days with family. The room and facility was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the breakfast was a nice surprise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only feedback I can offer is to update the flooring to tile. The carpets were pretty dirty and honestly, from a health perspective, I always find it difficult to understand why hotels have carpet. Carpeting is not sanitary overall. Otherwise, great stay."
Hyatt Place Santa Fe
8/10 Good
"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good value. Location is about a 15 minute drive to downtown so you need a car or to book a rideshare to easily get around. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel and you can only purchase snacks or drinks at the hotel. Whilst there are restaurants and shops nearby, I wouldn't recommend walking around the area and would suggest driving."
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Fe
10/10 Excellent
"Overall a great stay. The hotel is getting ready to and/or is starting a renovation, so there were a few things that needed minor attention, but the staff was upfront and clear about things they were aware of, and attentive of any issues brought up. We saw new air conditioning units getting delivered, but our room's air was perfect. Anything being worked on was not noticed by us."

What is the difference between a 4-star and 3-star hotel in Madrid?
The principal difference between a 3- and 4-star hotel in Madrid is the level of service and availability of creature comforts. Three-star hotels are usually lower priced and come with the conveniences and services required to be comfortable, such as WiFi, breakfast and a gym. You can look forward to a little more at a 4-star hotel — think upscale décor, deluxe toiletries and extras like spa centers.
What is the difference between a 3-star hotel and a motel in Madrid?
A motel is an excellent choice if you're gearing up to travel around Madrid. These properties are usually located near airports and major roads, feature ample parking and come with basic services and amenities. Spend your stay at a 3-star hotel and you'll be more centrally located. With a larger choice of rooms and more conveniences such as a fitness center, lobby and business facilities, you can expect to pay more for hotel accommodations.
