"Very nice and convenient location, with easy walking access to the downtown area. We had a great time staying here overall, but there were two issues that made our stay a little difficult.
First, we had a hard time finding and entering our room when we arrived. The sign at the entrance was misleading. It said the back door was from the front entrance, and we saw a gate on the right that appeared to lead to the back entrance (kitchen), so we thought that was the correct direction. However, the...
"The property is impeccable. Landscaping is gorgeous and soothing. It rained the first afternoon so we couldn't see everything. The next morning was clear so we could take in the property. What a delight. Our cabin was clean and very accommodating. We hope to come back in the future."
"I would not recommend this property.
We had multiple serious issues during our two-night stay:
Check-in was extremely difficult. We had been told that the access codes would be sent by email, but they were actually sent through Expedia messaging. Unfortunately, the Expedia messages would not load properly when we arrived, so we could not access the entry or room codes and were left stranded outside.
There was no on-site staff after hours. We had been given three phone numbers in advance, but...
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the linens weren't scratchy. I liked that they had multiple different weight/warmth blankets. We used the propane fire pit on the deck at night and it made for a perfect night. The bathroom was huge and very clean. Breakfast was great and they even packed a breakfast for us on the day we had an early excursion."
"The place itself was very simple, but absolutely worth going to for the view, the chairs, the peace, and the friendly staff as well as the heaters and the blankets on the porch!! A gem!"
"Fabulous house! House was very clean, stocked nicely and extremely comfortable. Having a washer dryer was great. Hot tun was fabulous. Great views, great location. We were sorry to leave. Sarah was great at communicating. Answered any questions we had quickly. Loved this property!"
