"I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed here as the weather was turning bad and I had been staying in a tent prior. At check-in reception was closed. Details of how-to check-in were unclear, in so we had to call the property. Reception closed at 5pm. This wasn't clear on the website. When we checked out the next morning, we had to put the key in a key box, but it barely fit in. I had to shove it through the hole.
In terms of the accommodation, the shower head & pressure were good. The rest...
"No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it"
"I had a really lovely and comfortable stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and responsive from the very beginning.

They were also happy to look after my luggage after check-out, which made everything so much easier.
The location is fantastic, very central and convenient...
"Our stay at The Florance was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the wonderful breakfast was a perfect start to the day. I truly could not fault it!"
"I booked a two-bedroom cabin for four adults. Upon check-in, the lady there assigned me a one-bedroom cabin. In checking the cabin, I realised the cabin was not in ready for use condition, no sheets, no toiletries.
Tje cabin can't fit in 4 adults in a very cold night, I was not provided any solution, then had...
"We had a lovely stay at domescapes on our trip around tassy!
The room was warm and spacious overlooking the vineyards, and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. The wine itself at the cellar was lovely and a short drive to other wineries within the region. We would definitely recommend this to other cpls travelling the region. 😁"
