"Venue was very comfortable, clean & warm, but the outstanding feature was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. It’s a beautiful building, though showing some signs of age related heavy use, but this adds to the great character of the hotel. I will have no hesitation in returning. "

Other than that hiccup, it was a fantastic stay. We did the boat tour on the first day and it was fun, although cold out on the loch. Breakfast was very, very good.
