"Customer service was beyond unacceptable! it was outright disrespectful from the very first interaction. I was met with attitude immediately, and it only got worse throughout my stay. When my flight time changed, I asked to cancel my wake-up call. "The location is near oakbrook mall and also a Dave n Busters, food options near the hotel or in Lombard. The hotel staff was friendly and they had good choice of snacks, breakfast was good. The only down side was the pool was small -not what’s online- and the morning after it was really dirty"
