The room looked ok at first until we open the refrigerator and foul smell and spoiled food found. We had a wedding event to go to right away, so i just re
moved all the food and took them to the front desk to dispose of.
The hotel was informed but since we had an event to go to, we did not have time to go thru the rest of the room until late in the evening.
I was looking for glasses for my water, noticed the diswasher unit just practically unattached when i tried to open the door....which was a surprise (i did inform the hotel as well). Glasses did not look throughly cleaned.
Because of the above, i was paying a little more attention when i use the shower, which i notice black molds on the shower curtain!
I am extremely disappointed of the room and told to reach out to get a refund for the stay. I hope Expedia will help me to get the compensation. Please contact Roberto Madera AGM regarding to this matter. Thank you! Sincerely, Florence
