"The property was not only unclean but pretty much disgusting. Multiple stains on pillowcase, chairs, carpet, and that’s just the room. The elevator was disgusting. The manager/owners were very nice and helpful but there’s simply no excuse for this property to look the way it did, and especially at the prices I’ve paid. I do not recommend anyone stay at this place until at minimum, the cleaning standards are raised."

"Very clean room and no complaints about anything."

"Fan didn’t work in the bathroom and asked staff to fix it and they didn’t, air filter in the room was long past due to be changed, heard upstairs people flushing their toilet, showering and walking around at all hours of the night, showering was extremely slippery, bathroom floor was really gross"

"This hotel was fantastic! We book this hotel in an emergency at 11:30pm as we were staying at Extended stay in Tewksbury which was infested with cockroaches, and filthy rooms. This hotel was exactly how a hotel should be. Very clean and great staff and they were even amazing by our experience that evening from our prior hotel. Recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"

"Tough to find in the dark. The sign at the entrance is black with grey lettering and unlit."

"Amazing!"

"Clean room, easy check in"

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The place was clean, and in mostly good repair. One of the elevators was out of order, presumably from a water leak that kept a stairwell wet."

"I went 4 days there and they NEVER cleaned the room… I even asked them to come clean it and got nothing. Only towels.."

"Everything was so beautiful and clean. Very easy to get to and the location was great."

"Very clean establishment, even the stairwells. Great location, easy access to RT 95 and 495. There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot if you need it but the hotels complimentary breakfast was above average."
