"Rooms were nice, but common areas were a mess. Multiple roof/ceiling leaks with puddles on floor. Both men’s and women’s restrooms off lobby had multiple stalls out of order and the others hadn’t been cleaned in what seemed like days. Lawn and landscaping were overgrown. TV did not work in room. Others in our party’s rooms were not ready yet even two hours after checkin time. Nice hotel that was simply poorly managed. Cost way too much for such poor maintenance. "Our stay was unfortunately not satisfactory at all. The room had a horrific musty, mildewy odor so intense that it hit you in the face every time you walked in. There were stains on the bedspreads. The curtain was torn. The towel bar was ripped from the wall. "Only thing was a girl in a see through light pink short sports bra top and staff didn’t make them change. This girl was a minor and should’ve not be seen what you could see. A teen at that and always mugging other kids cause they accidentally splashed her and she would splash back but with rage in her then last night I had to complain cause it was so loud running in walkways or stairs after 11 and continued till later made it hard to sleep. I told security. It continued for another half hour....
