"Good location"

"Need to park on the street as there is only 8 or so secure parking spots"

"The staff was quite helpful. The room was spacious and clean with in-room sink and microwave. The air conditioning could have been better."

"The property is dated but was clean. We used the washer and dryer which was helpful for a longer trip. The airconditioner is only in the living area but not the bedroom so it is best to leave the bedroom door open at night. The location was excellent. It was close to the esplanade, restaurants, and marina."

"自炊したいので、料理器具全部揃ってます。現地生活体験できるから、とてもいい経験になりました。"

"Nothing to complain about, the staff were exceptional. Thank you for a great stay."

So we arrived for check-in around 7pm and were locked out and had to knock loudly for a while to be heard and let in. Once we were in, the lady at reception was rude and took no responsibility, no apologies given for the failure to advise us that after-hours check-in was from 6pm....

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The pool was fantastic, the rooms were lovely and quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely added touch and made mornings so easy — one less thing to think about when travelling! We would happily stay here again (actually this is our 3rd or 4th stay) and highly recommend it to anyone looking...

"Our stay at Trinity Collective was wonderful I would definitely recommend the property. I could not find any fault. Paula and all of the Trinity team were so helpful and accommodating. We felt so welcomed and cared for . there was nothing more that we needed and would love to return sometime in the future, Thank you Trinity Collective!"
