"Front desk, staff and manager, we’re very helpful in managing and finding a solution to an issue I had and for that I am grateful. The property was gorgeous beautifully and tastefully decorated. However, you are near the monkey forest so they will be around the hotel, but they do not bother anyone unless you have eye contact with them which is not good so just keep walking. Great area as well lots of food to eat and things to do like the swing and zip line. They also have a restaurant and a...
"Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage, getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine.
No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there."
"We had such a wonderful stay at this resort! The location of Sapodilla was perfect, the staff was absolutely fabulous, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. My room was spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of privacy. The resort was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Bali!"
"Rapport qualité-prix imbattable !
