Super friendly, highly responsive and extremely helpful staff. Excellent location. Their Hibana restaurant offered gourmet food with high class service. Since we were to leave much earlier than the reception staff's start time, they gave us bracelets as souvenir and insisted on to go breakfast box. To go box had high quality egg sandwiches, water and fruit. These extra gestures made our trip even more special with them. Highly recommend staying at this place for service, quality and proximity to tourist attractions, amazing food places and heart warming cultural experience.

An Exceptional Stay at Sapodilla Ubud! My stay at Sapodilla Ubud was truly wonderful. The hotel offers an outstanding combination of comfort, beautiful facilities, and exceptional hospitality. What really makes this place special is the staff, who are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful little surprises and complimentary extras throughout the stay. These personal touches made the experience feel extra special and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. The complimentary add-ons were genuinely useful and added real value, going well beyond what you might normally expect. The facilities are excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the attention to detail is remarkable. In terms of service, hospitality, and those unexpected extras, Sapodilla Ubud easily delivers an experience comparable to a five-star hotel. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud and would definitely love to return. A fantastic place where guests truly feel appreciated!

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was clean, but old bathtub had stains. Inside of hotel beautiful, but outside unattractive because of messy construction. Overall, nice place, I would return here on my next trip to Bali.

Centrally located hotel with amazing hospitality, beautiful rooms and a fantastic pool. I like to walk more than taking cars/scooters, this hotel is located within walking distance to the monkey forest, markets etc. and have a free shuttle to assist everyone as well. This is a nice little hotel in Ubud (it’s IN the city, so good if you are planning to go to yoga, salons, shopping. If you want secluded jungle, this isn’t it). Bed is comfortable, pool is great and the courtyard is generally cute. Breakfast options are good. I loved the free shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up anywhere in town. Overall, great value for money.

A perfect hotel with fantastic service

We had an incredible stay at Sapodilla. The staff are very attentive and always ready to help out. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is perfectly maintained and clean, and our room was excellent. We had breakfast brought to our room each day and the food was delicious, so fresh. I cannot recommend this hotel more, the location was perfect, an easy walk to restaurants and cafes, and even the Monkey Forest. The onsite restaurant is also delicious and we had dinner there with a lovely voucher from the hotel. We'll definitely come back here, it was perfect.

Delightful hotel with wonderful staff

What can i say about this delightful hotel. We had a wonderful stay, albeit just 2 nights, in Sapodilla. The breakfasts are varied, large and delicious. The team are available for any needs and go above and beyond what is required of them. They make you feel as if nothing is too much. Centrally located in Ubud the hotel offers free transfers to the centre of the town and will pick you up again if needed. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Amazing

Our stay in Sapodilla Ubud was amazing. The staff is very friendly and lovely. The hotel is very relaxing and quiet and still in a very good location with many restaurants and shops around. A 20min walk to ubud palace and art market, but they can drop and pick you by car if you like. The room is spacious and was very clean everyday! Would recommend it so much to everyone! Thanks for everything
