"The place is exactly as described. Excellent location to food, shopping, trains & ferry. Felt very safe in the neighborhood with gated parking. Staff were super helpful. The place has kept the wide steps but also has elevator. There were no fridge in our room but they let us store food in their fridge and safeguarded. "Hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and advise on the local area. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. Very close to the lake and the bus stop was close by which made getting around very accessible if you didn’t have a car.
