"Although my stay was lovely, the hotel could do with upgrading their rooms. Everything in the room was basic where expectations were for a 4 star luxurious experience."

"ロケーションについて：駅前とまではいきませんが、徒歩圏内（国鉄？・バス）と移動に大変便利。 ただ、チェックアウトの際に荷物預けを頼んだら、有償(2￡)かかったのは残念。 ほかはスタッフの対応、食事＆バーなど素晴らしい。"

"The room was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We were vvery well looked after."

"We had a studio apartment - it was for one night only pre cruise - wish it had been longer. A very comfortable room With amenities. We also had the most delicious meal in the restaurant and if you are a hotel guest then you get 15% off the bill. There was water in the fridge and tea coffee on offer. Will deffo stay here again pre cruise!"

Breakfast choices are varied and the cooked option was freshly made. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable....

No parking on site but there is a large multi-story public parking nearby which is a good cheap option."

"The location was excellent 👍 Very quiet and breakfast was delicious."

Our first room had a bug in the bed and also smelled musty. You can’t open any of the windows. The 2nd room smelled better and had no bugs in the bed, but there was a leak in the bathroom. We threw a towel down and it was fine. The rooms are nice size, and the bed was just okay. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was typical...
