"Helpful staff, clean room"

"The property overall is outdated. It didn't bother me though because the hotel is very clean. The staff were wonderful. I was checked in right away and before check in time started. "very nice hotel. Helpful staff as we checked in late. No elevator which I would’ve appreciated carrying luggage up the stairs. "Our accessible room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had some concerns with the room, but the staff was extremely helpful."
