"Liked everything about the hotel. Keep on doing what you are doing. Only thing I would change is the menu was a little limited and if you didn’t much care for the food on the menu you are stuck.
Also the walls were a little thin so all sounds carried I could hear people talking in the room next to me. Beds were really comfortable ."
"I stayed at this hotel 4yrs. ago & the improvements are amazing. Looks as though it has had a complete overhaul. Immaculate decorations & spotlessly clean & fresh. Our studio was so spacious with stunning views over the golf course. We ate breakfast outside on our spacious patio. Will definitely stay here again as location is perfect for so many beautiful parts of the Cotswolds."
"Was clearly an old premier inn, they had started to modernize, will be great when finished. Booked due to the Wacky Warehouse, however it was closed about 2 hours earlier than advertised which left a sad child but the pudding in the pub sorted that out."
"The room especially the bed was very dirty. There was nobody at reception whenever we came in, and if we needed something it was usually a 20 minute or longer wait. We ended up running around the building to find the reception staff."
"The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area with plenty of parking, which was a big advantage. However, the overall facilities are quite dated and clearly need refurbishment.
The room looked reasonably clean at first, but I found an empty biscuit wrapper from a previous guest underneath the bed. The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is useful for families, but there was not even a hook inside the toilet. The TV was very small and the volume remained very low even at the maximum...
"Room was spacious and very clean. I guess our room was designed for wheelchair users because the bathroom had handles and rails, which all meant it was really large with plenty of space for our stuff. As a hotel on a motorway services station we knew it would be fairly basic but that was fine . It was quiet and no problem parking. For the price of under £60 for a twin room it was excellent value."
"The check in process was really quick and easy, friendly staff. The room was clean, nice Tassimo machine for coffee, cups and saucers were on the very bottom shelf, not easy to get to with mobility issues. Room view was fabulous, sat there late at night with a nice beer, relaxing after a long day of travelling and working an event, amaaazing. If am up that way again will defo stay there again"
"to start with it had on site parking for about 30 to the rear.
The welcome at the front desk was warm and very friendly, shown to my room by staff. the room as a double was fine with ensuite shower bathroom, (not a step in bath you get in some hotels where you soak the floor each time you use it.) everything was very clean.
For dinner I went to the bar and again the staff were warm and very friendly, I sat in the bar, but, there was two separate dining rooms all tables set up for diners,...
