"For 3 nights, we were trapped between a noisy street and a poorly functioning air conditioning unit. When we mentioned it to the staff, our concerns were dismissed with lame excuses. The breakfast was decent, especially the first two days, but on our last day a new server was most unpleasant, unaccommodating, and combative with us when we asked for the coffees we had received the first two days. This argument over coffee confirmed our less than satisfactory experience at this hotel. Not worth...

"The hotel is in a great location, just below the Alhambra at the edge of the Albaicin. In an old palace is charming, and while the finishes and furnishings are a little worn, quite comfortable and very nice for the price-point. The staff was great and our stay was quite pleasant."
