"We paid Expedia $795.00 on August and when we arrived at the Ramada hotel, they said we did not pay for the room. So we had to pay again. They stated that Expedia never sent them any money. I would like Expedia to return my money. I also have all my prove that I paid double for the same room."

"Great"

"Room is very small , not as comfortable as I expected and everything is overly expensive. Excepted much more for my money"

"Good location for business travelers and good value for money."

"I think some more lighting would be nice in the front of the building, There was insufficient lighting around the hotel"

"Loved the stay the staff was amazing!!"

"Great location, friendly staff & clean."

"The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable. Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers."

Additionally, the hotel lacks basic amenities, including adequate food options and essential guest services. The electrical outlets are not properly equipped to accommodate standard appliances, and as a result, my $200 blow-dry brush was damaged. To make matters worse, there was no iron...

"Unsafe to go there. Very dirty, sheets with stains on them, garbage on the floor, garbage everywhere. I didn't take the breakfast for safety reason. Such a place is a total disrespect for travelers"

"Clean room. Friendly staff. Ocean view fine."
