"Location is very good. Clean and comfortable room. We like buffet breakfast. Terrace with bar is a nice addition. The staff is professional, polite and helpful."

"The room was fine, beds were comfortable. Some staff members were nice, some were a little abrupt and not overly accommodating. Location was good, 8 minute walk from train station. Overall was a solid option."

"Stayed here for 3 nights while in Florence. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo so for us was perfect. While the hotel is a little dated it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was at the opposite side of the hotel to the tram lines but we could still hear the rumblings as trams passed. This didn’t affect us or our sleep. "Hotel was located within walking distance of the train station. Breakfast was served starting at 7:30 AM and we had to catch a train at 8:00 so we couldn't enjoy a breakfast, The hours for breakfast should start earlier. Several groups were kicked out of the breakfast area. We asked at the front desk for a recomendation for a restaurant for dinner and only received one. The place was difficult to find and they were not open yet for dinner."

"Pros are it's a good price for the area, and a nice area, with grest reception staff. The cleaning was just really bad. The inside of the fridge was gross and needed cleaning badly, the mug was never cleaned the whole time I was there, the toothbrush holder was really dirty, and they have a problem with mosquitoes in the room even with the windows closed. They just need to up their game with the cleaning and then this would be perfect for the price."
