We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. 10-min drive to downtown and all landmarks was great for our visit to Vienna.

Everything was great BUT one caution: If you arrive on Sat, Sun, Holiday or before 0800 or after 1600 weekdays there is no staff. You must register online on Hotelbird app or on provided tablet on counter.

Perfect location with perfect illustrations of places to go

Everything was great, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

I always stay here when I go to Vienna. The setting is gorgeous. Public transport is right outside the hotel. Right across the street are beautiful walking trails. The staff is very helpful.

Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

Great option if you want a little more space and need to do laundry. Close to metro/tram. Though there are limited restaurants in the area

A commercial center (selling food, clothing, etc.) is just below the hotel. It is conveniently located near the train station. The Danube River is in front of it.

Room with a view of the Schunbrunn gardens and palace was worth the short metro ride to the city. The metro is across the street making it easy to get into the beautiful city of Vienna. Opera stop puts you right in the heart of Vienna. Add breakfast to your stay - it is simply the best we experienced in the 7 cities in Europe we visited , including the UK. Give at least some of your time to wandering around the Schunbrunn gardens literally across the street. Summer visitors be aware that...

Nice hotel with delicious breakfast, close to the train station (4 min walk)

I was in town for work for a week, and had a nice stay. The available breakfast bag was overpriced for what you got, but being able to have something dropped of at my room early so I could get out and moving for 8:30 am meetings was really helpful. Free espresso in the hotel room each morning also came in handy. It's an older building so floors are understandably creaky - I found it charming, but ymmv. My flight arrived late at night and the provided instructions for getting my key and accessing...

Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. The staff was wonderful, they would print things for your upon email request and answer any questions with enthusiasm and a polite demeanor. The showers are lovely and the building (despite NOT...

Quiet location a bit off the beaten path. Great breakfast!

We had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, not too far from the main city highlights. Great breakfast as well!

Modern and functional. Just entrance is a bit confusing the 1st time

This was my first trip to Vienna and I felt the Motel One-Prater was a perfect location. The Messe-Prater U-Bahn is literally steps away. The larger Praterstern Station (including a grocery market and travel agent) is only 10 minutes walk. The Big Bus Tour has a stop only 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. There is a cozy and larger lobby area and a small room off to the side where I was able to easily hold a meeting with 5 other people. I would suggest this hotel to friends.
