"Super disappointed with our stay. We booked two 2-bedroom suites and when we arrived, nothing was ready for us. We had to remove all of the dishes out of the dishwasher and the suites were undone. The bathrooms had mold and cockroaches. We called front desk a thousand times but nobody picked up… ever. They just don’t care. What did it for me was the complimentary coffee in the lobby ended at 8 am. I’ve been to 3-star Holiday Inns that had coffee all day at the lobby. This hotel was not worth it...
"Had a wonderful weekend away with my husband, the kitchen was well supplied, the space was lovely and the shuttle to the villiage was a bonus! Hit tub and pool was still open at the end of September which was a pleasant surprise and everything was clean and communication with the host was easy!"
"We absolutely loved our stay.. it was perfect for a little family vacation with our adult children and our 18month old granddaughter.. it had everything we could need and was spacious for together time and also lovely rooms for quiet time too.. close to the village but away just enough that it’s not crazy.
Would definitely stay again!"
"This is a very nice condo right downtown. Close to restaurants and shopping.
It was nice to have a kitchen and all the amenities. We would definitely book this again. Communication with owner was always a quick response. A great place to stay!!"
"Had a lovely girls’ night at The Klink House! Even though we stayed only one night, the place felt cozy, peaceful, and homely. Monique was very helpful and responsive. We didn’t get a chance to use the BBQ, hot tub, or massage facilities, but we’d definitely love to come back and make use of them next time. Would happily stay here again!"
"We had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful view overlooking the golf course. My kids especially loved the bunk beds, and the hot tub was a great bonus. I can imagine this place would be even more amazing in the winter for a ski trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"
"There was construction going on in the building, and it was not easy to find the unit. At night, the area was extremely dark with no lights at all. We had to use a flashlight just to find the unit and watch our steps to avoid tripping.
The pictures showed a beautiful mountain view and a newly renovated place. However, we ended up in a first-floor unit facing the street and parking lot, which was completely different from what was advertised.
I was also asked to take out the garbage, which is...
"Inside the unit everything was great. It was clean and well appointed with a well equipped kitchen. The outside deck area is moldy and needs some tlc. The unit we stayed in faced trees and was very quiet, but a bit dark.
All in all, it was a pleasant place to stay for a few days to explore the area."
