"La propiedad tiene 2 cosas buenas, la ubicación ya que está muy cerca de la terminal de trenes y centrics y la segunda el desayuno. Pero el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado, la iluminación de la habitación es muy poca y ponen un pequeño ventilador que no es suficiente"

"There’s no AC in this property. For an extra 20 francs you could be upgraded to a room with an AC unit. However you can’t adjust the climate (beacause of city law) therefore you’re in the same hot room as before.
I left the property 2 hours after I went into my room and moved to another hotel with AC and no restrictions."
"Hotel staff is 5 star. Especially Melanie. She has so much knowledge about the area and was able to answer all of our questions and make excellent recommendations. Loved the restaurant she recommended. And she helped us navigate the rail system.
She offered to book a trip for us with a tour company across the street.
Street noise was not a problem.
Location is excellent. Easy walk to Old Town and Train Station.
The air conditioner made a noise every 20 minutes. It sounded like a coffee...
"We stayed at this hotel the first night of our trip! We were in the attic suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. The AC in the main bedroom was great, but the other area could have used a boost. We ate dinner and had drinks at the hotel - the food was delicious! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were also very helpful!"
