"Breakfast was very poor
Couldn’t change the temperature in the room
Bathroom and bedroom were separated by a curtain ?
The shower didn’t drain well at all so you were standing a pool of your own dirt while showering. The room felt slightly grubby so didn’t want to touch too many things.
Only good thing was that the Reception staff were always lovely."
"The person sitting on the reception , he overcharged me.when I asked,he so rudely talked to me, he didn’t know how to talk to the customer .am very disappointed"
"Wij hadden de familiekamer die erg ruim was. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was heerlijk en het zwembad was helemaal een feestje. Ligt er allemaal mooi bij de tuin het zwembad en het gezellige terras. We waren blij verrast. Komen zeker terug!"
"I had a lovely stay, comfy beds , clean room . Bathroom with shower and soaps .
Quiet not to little noise
Hair dryer was perfect. Not many places have proper hard dryers ."
"The room was very clean about the size of a New York hotel room. Staff was very polite didn’t understand English, but Google Translate really helped didn’t get breakfast. Only thing I can say is the room was kind of cold but other than that really good gated community."
"Very tired hotel and not up to the usual standard of Kyriad Hotels. Restaurant closed. Small shabby room. Mold in bathroom. Dirty walls in bedroom. However, staff excellent."
"I feel that my say at residhome was just ok.
Reception was lovely and greeting was prompt.
mattress and bedding were good.
The room felt a bit like a hospital room, really bright white lights, bathroom shower gel was empty, toilet seat cover was broken.
some stains ...
It was convenient to stay there while visiting my daughter at university but would have preferred to stay at the Westin if it was not fully booked.
too pricey for what it is."
"Plus de boisson en soirée étapes , il faut demander pour faire le ménages dans la chambre , restauration toute faite met le prix est de plus en plus chers …
Encore une nouvelle direction qui ne va pas durer longtemps"
