"Breakfast was fine. Staff is nice, but not super competent. Plumbing issue not addressed in a reasonable time frame. Double booked my room and had a stranger enter. They fixed it, and in the process voided my key. Had to keep reminding restaurant that i was registered for breakfast due to the room change issue. Great location. "

"This was a leisure visit. We were greeted by you are early (30 mins) which I had acknowledged before they mentioned it and said they would check. Again they said we were early but the room was ready and told Room 3 upstairs! We only have 7 rooms we were told. The room was tidy but dusty and the window although double glazed had a gale blowing through as it didn’t fully seal when closed. The shower head had more water coming out of the top of the shower head than where it was supposed to come...

"Fine, but overpriced considering the room and amenities. Not soundproofed as advertised which was an issue with a room facing the street, size was smaller than expected (despite not being the 'basic' room), lamp was faulty, and we had issues with heating that needed someone to come and help resolve. Less of a guesthouse than advertised, felt more like a budget motel. "

"Quarto impecável, lençóis limpos e macios, toalhas limpas, a equipe muito gentil, o hotel é pequeno, mas muito limpo e organizado! Ao lado do hotel tem um pub que serve uma comida deliciosa! Em frente ao hotel tem parada de ônibus que vai direto ao centro de Edimburgo. O café da manhã é delicioso! Eu amei tudo! "
