"On arrival I was asked for my ID or credit card in the name I booked under. I purposely didn't bring any as I was in Bristol and there are certain cities I don't bring ID to - Bristol is one. "We were given a disabled access room, despite me booking a standard double room. There for 2 nights a no housekeeping at all! Very disappointing!"

"It was a nice property overall, but our room reeked of cigarettes, now my clothes also smell of cigarettes :-( We booked a second room for the rest of the family and that was much nicer. Helpful staff, nice restaurant with a delicious breakfast. Beautiful sunset over the restaurant terrace."

"We had twin beds & I had a double quilt cover on mine it had such a big hangover I kept getting my foot stuck in it. They didn’t clean our room on the Sunday for some reason? We managed using our towels twice & making our beds. We had to keep calling down for more coffee & sugar, coffee machine didn’t work one day seemed it was full of expired coffee caps, wile doing it he spilt some coffee over the bin onto the floor & just left it !!
