"No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "

"The staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The meals were fantastic, with a varied menu. Foods were locally sourced. Very comfortable room and homely atmosphere."

"Fantastic stay, cottage was beautiful, warm and cosy and the wood fired hot tub was amazing. Host has thought of everything and there are numerous nice touches in the cottage including little torches for the night. No kitchen facilités but plates and cutlery provided so you can get a takeaway and eat it in comfort. Would definitely stay here again "
