"Pros - The room was beautiful! Very clean and felt like a home away from home. Basically, a fully furnished condo with everything you'd need in the kitchen if you're the type to cook on vacation. Covered parking was a plus! Hourly shuttle to the Duval Street area provided which saves $$$ on parking!
Cons - Walkway area around pool has many loose and raised blocks that were a tripping hazard. Beach is a bit small and if it's sunsets you're looking for, they are best viewed at the other end of the...
"They have a great outdoor space with pool and hot tub. There is a poolside bar with food for purchase. The suites are large and great to share with 2 couples. It is a vacation club so they are going to offer you to go to a sales presentation."
"The rooms were extraordinarily small. Although they were clean. The bathroom, had cracks in the walls, cracks in the bathroom tiles, and mold and mildew on the bottom of the shower stall. There was a hole in the bathroom door like somebody had pushed the hole through it. The shades on the windows were busted so you could not close them completely. There was no elevator, so you had to drag your suitcase up a thin staircase to the second floor. The rugs in the hallways and on the stairs were...
"Gorgeous, outstanding room and bed. Wow we were amazed. Loved our stay. Unfortunately they cannot accommodate late check outs but did well on accommodating late check-ins. Easy process. Great continental breakfast with proteins. Beautiful beautiful. Little bit of a walk to attractions. Thankfully I carried an umbrella!! Also, only 2 parking spaces but plenty of parking on the street. Loved our stay."
"I’ve been to Key West many times, the Heron House is by far the best property we have stayed at. Perfect location to walk to Duval, Mallory Square. Great pool, friendly staff."
"This was our first stay in Key West and after our top notch experience at Almond Tree Inn we will definitely be back!
The staff was superb. The facilities were immaculate and our room was spotless.
The bed and pillows were so comfortable I am going to order us some for home!
Short walk to all the hot spots but Uber is available and we used that a couple times when we just didn’t feel like walking anymore.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back next year"
"My wife and I stayed Sept 24th - Sept 29th and loved it. The pool area was incredible. Continental breakfast every morning and cheese and wine every night. The staff was exceptional and the location was perfect. 200 ft to Duval St, but away enough that you didn't hear the noise. The only issue was the shower water pressure, but that is a Key West thing, not a hotel issue. I can't wait to go back."
