"Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...

"Our stay was short, but this room was perfect for us. Very clean upon arrival, nice views of the back mountains, and staff answered all my questions. The pool was perfect temperature and very clean, we enjoyed the hot tub as well. The only issue we had was difficulty starting the fireplace, which we didnt need to use. Overall i would definitely recommend and stay there again."

"The location with ski in/out is amazing!! The rooms are as advertised - ours was good size with a kitchen so we did not have to eat out every meal which is great. The outdoor pool/hot tub and workout room are all really sweet to have, as well as ski check. Well worth the price paid for the convenience and amenities!
