The room was very clean, beds weren't too uncomfortable. The place just needs some cosmetic updates, the pool is a little rough but it was clean. The property setting is nice and quiet. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, animal lovers. They had dog treats for the pups. Nice property. Rooms were fine but old, bed not the most comfortable. Unfortunately I booked this place specifically for the hot tub, which is apparently completely out of service (burst pipe) even though it is listed, and then I was charged an unexpected $20 “resort fee” on top of it. My room smelled strongly of marijuana when I arrived. Breakfast was good.

Our stay was welcomed by friendly staff. We had a Mountain View room which was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for future trips to North Conway.

This was a very last minute decision to stay here to escape the heat of our camping trip. Not only did they have the availability, they also allowed us and our dogs to get an early check in. The staff was so accommodating and friendly.

Fox ridge resort combined the 1960s ambiance of a resort in the Poconos or Catskills with beautiful views, mini golf, 8-ft. Deep pools and shuffleboard with modern amenities such as nice rooms, room AC, and many outlets. Absolutely loved the place!

I loved the place, however, they lied about the hot tub. We read the reviews where people said that the hot tub was not working so we called the property and they lied to us saying that everything is working (including hot tub) but we arrived the next day hot tub was shut down. Anyways, besides that the rest was very good, breakfast delicious, rooms nice (outdated but nice), staff friendly and helpful. Loved it here.

Continental breakfast and parking

We were blown away by the "continental breakfast" offered in the morning. In most hotels, that would involve a granola bar and maybe coffee. In the Fox Ridge Resort, it was a full on buffet breakfast with numerous, delicious choices. There were eggs, hashbrowns, sausage links or patties, and many juice options. It was a very pleasant surprise. The parking left a lot to be desired; there was plenty of it, but a bit of a walk back to the resort. It's on the same property but away from the buildings. We arrived after dark and although the parking lot itself was lit up, the walk back to our room was WITHOUT LIGHT WHATSOEVER. There should be an investment in path lighting at the very least.
