"A so enjoyed the historic element of the hotel. The rooms were well appointed the breakfast area with the fresco ceiling was amazing as was the terrace. The front staff were excellent would stay here again without question!"
"Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and gave excellent instructions about the area and the hotel. The air conditioning worked great and everything in our room was clean and well cared for. We had 2 twins beds side by side that were comfortable and gave the room a lot of space. Location was a plus plus - just under 5 minutes easy walk from the Florence train station (only minus was to exit the train station there were about 20 steps."
"Loved this hotel!! Wish I could go back! Overlooking the Piazza Della Repubblica. Hotel rooms are well appointed. Great AC during the heatwave. Lovely and helpful staff. And the most amazing and varied breakfast in the most beautiful room while playing classic Italian music. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s one of the best I’ve ever stayed in anywhere!"
"Easy check in with keyless entry to building and room. Despite other reviews, it’s easy and they send you a link with easy to follow instructions. Also we we created by staff after we opened the doors who explained amenities. Bar and small bistro. He also scheduled airport transfer for us for 15 euro fo family of four and 8 bags! Room was tidy, clean and well kept."
