"Tried to arrange everything in advance for a stay with my mum, who has mobility issues. Staff were very accomodating, however, everything was a little further away than they made it out to be. Which did cause some issues. Fine if you are a wheelchair user, but my mum uses crutches to get around. It was not that easy for her. "The staff was helpful and well-mannered. The room was clean and nicely set up for arrival. We didn't use the amenities; the only problem was that the tap in the hand wash was too stiff for use. Overall, it was a good experience."
