"It was very good value and in a very beautiful area. The maintenance of the building was outstanding. No lift and, at 80, I found that a bit of a struggle. But will return - and breakfast was good value."

As I arrived there were some people who thought they had a room booked but the person working there could not find it. I was then checked in and taken to my room. "Stayed for one night, with my son, for a Mazda MX5 car meet up in the car park- the reason for our stay. The hotel is very nice. We had a meal in the Savvy Fox - i like the decor. The meal was very nice - but not cheap. The twin room was very basic, but was clean and adequate for a one night stay. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We had breakfast, plenty of choice and enjoyable. It was good to have a normal toaster too - no need to put the bread in twice. 😄 We...
