"Location was great, but be aware, although it is advertised that there is a lift in the hotel, it is NOT to all rooms. Apparently according to the first guy at reception who was quite rude and obnoxious, when I said that it was the main reason I booked the hotel, you had to write to them as a special request in order to get a room accessible by the lift. Also the rooms are tiny. There is no real space to keep open a medium to large size bag. The bed was about 10cm of the wall on one side and a...
"Amazing location!! Instructions very clear. Breakfast was okay, only had a croissant, yogurt cups, ham slices and cheese slices (last two were gone). Overall good for price!"
"We loved the location. In a hidden away area just a quick walk to Saint Mark's Square. Felt safe even at evenings walking to hotel area, and enjoyed the great shops & restaurant selection nearby. Clean, charming room. Top deck was wonderful for drinks. Would highly recommend."
"We spent 3 nights here during our Italian vacation and were so happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, beautiful and in a great location. You are 5 minutes from the Realto Bridge and only 7 or 8 minutes from San Marco square. The air conditioning was wonderful and the breakfast was perfect. If there was any complaint it is that the shower is tiny, I mean you can nearly turn around in it but other than that everything was great. If I go back to Venice I’ll stay here again."
"The hotel is well situated on Lido for it is across from the water bus station and it is surrounded by eateries. The breakfast was well presented and quite substantial. The staff in this area and the bar area were very pleasant and very helpful. The AC in our room needed explaining- this should have been done day one not day four. The front desk finally sent a staff member to explain."
"Great room with comfortable bed and nice shower room. Very convenient location for the train station. The reception staff were extremely helpful. No breakfast available at this hotel but there are plenty of places nearby."
"Estuvo increíble me encantó quedarme en el hotel, súper céntrico para los museos de arte, me ayudaron a buscar restaurantes me explicaron el bus acuático, había un montón de folletos para eventos y descuento para restaurantes. Mi habitacion increíble una individual tenía todo, recomiendo 100% tienen un elevador se tarda un poco pero realmente vale la pena"
"I had a fantastic experience staying here. The central location is unbeatable within short walking distance of all the major sites, shops, and great restaurants, making getting around completely effortless.
The staff truly made the stay special, everyone was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat after exploring the city.
Highly recommended I would definitely stay here again!
Best regards, Ilona"
