"Booked the hotel around noon and arrived at 6:00 to check in. Waited for about 15 minutes before they told us they were short staffed and it would be about 45 minutes before we could get into a room. "I was worried about negative reviews but hoped these were from people that are hard to satisfy. I was very wrong. The filthiest and dirtiest property we have ever stayed at. Cannot believe it was the Hyatt brand. Stained carpets everywhere - room and common areas, stains on sheets and bedding. Basically a dirty room that was lightly surface-cleaned. Simply disgusting.
