"Hotel Excelsior Splendide was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything in Bellagio just a short walk away. Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Como, and we loved relaxing by the pool after exploring. The hotel was beautiful, the room was great, and the included breakfast was an added bonus. We couldn't recommend it more!"

"Conveniently situated on the waterfront opposite the ferry pier and bus stops with great views across the lake to Bellagio. The setting is unfortunately spoilt by the busy coastal road that runs in front of the hotel, the angry buzz of motorbikes etc. Rear-facing rooms with frosted windows and no view best avoided. Clientele dominated by parties of elderly Brits and Germans."

"Die Lage war super. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Die Zimmergröße war wirklich sehr klein, war aber alles sauber. Pro Nacht für den Parkplatz in der Garaga 25,00€ bezahlt, was meiner Meinung nach schon teuer ist."

"Pro: Außenbereich, Pool, Aussicht, Parkplätze Negativ: Das Zimmer war unterirdisch. Wenn es draußen wärmer wird, ist schlaf kaum möglich. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage sondern nur einen Deckenventilator, der kaum etwas rettet. Die Luft steht im Zimmer und wenn man das Fenster öffnet, hat man den Lärm der vielbefahrenen Straße. Es ist aber ohnehin unmöglich die Zimmertemperatur auf ein akzeptables Maß runterzubekommen, selbst wenn dann Nachts nur noch 18 Grad sind. Platz für die Koffer ist kaum...

"Fantastic views from this hotel, we had room 24, which was absolutely stunning. You do have to book your shuttles kind of an advance because depending on how many people are at the hotel you have to get back-and-forth to town so it’s a good idea to try and plan your day out. The staff are very helpful overall a very good place. They are doing some renovations so if you’re planning on sleeping in late, you might hear something. Also, it seems like the restaurant is on top of the suite so early...

"Uns hat es gefallen. Für den Hind war sogar ein Napf schon im Zimmer vorbereitet nebst einem kleinen Körbchen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und man konnte direkt beim hotel mit dem Hund Gassi gehen.das Frühstück war im Marche' nebenan und richtig gut. Tolle Auswahl. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, können das Hotel aber vor allem für Hundebesitzer empfehlen."
