"Booked the premium double and out room was on the 16th floor. Absolutely gorgeous in a great part of town, would definitely stay again :) Staff were lovely, got water in the room and some Nespresso coffee! Also a fridge in the room which was ideal on a very hot bank holiday. Couldn't recommended enough for a trip to Bristol!"

"The Coal Exchange is a lovely old building which has been turned into a hotel with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed was comfortable although there was some wear showing on the headboard/ wall behind the bed(room 143). The bathroom had a large Jacuzzi bath and a rainfall shower. The toiletries provided smelt gorgeous! There were two large windows looking out onto the road beside the hotel which was surprisingly quiet.
