"Shabby digs, worn furnishings, dirty walls, insect infested-little bugs and centipedes in suite, hard mattresses, worn linen and towels, limited kitchen, difficult to get hot water. 1km walk to the street and shuttle bus with limited schedule. Staff tried to make it tolerable. Superb views and pool area but shabby out there too. "

"The apartment is situated in a well-maintained building in a popular tourist area. It was very clean and comfortable, making it ideal for a family to enjoy a few days of vacation. Shops and the beach are within walking distance."

One toilet wouldn't stop running the water since there were some problems with the flush. We tried to inform the staff about this but they didn't understand. The bathroom cleaning was kind of sloppy. The top hinge of one of the bathroom doors were broke. So we weren't able to properly close it. The lock on this same door didn't work at all. The AC in the living room didn't really do...
