"We cannot speak highly enough about this hotel and the wonderful Vicky. From our first arrival she treated us like family and the extra little touches didn’t go missed. Our first room was amazing but we asked if there was one a little closer to the pool as my wife has mobility issues so we asked for one with fewer steps. This was no problem at all. In fact Vicky moved both rooms so we were still together. Beach towels, cups of tea when we sat, all without asking. Nothing was too much trouble....

Bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated but room was rather small and a bit dated. Balcony was very small and the room overlooked some noisy construction / renovation. Also overlooked a childrens’ arcade which was open until 10:30pm, so if you’re likely to be annoyed by the sound of children enjoying themselves you might avoid the rooms at the back of the building.
