Amazing stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and the location was absolutely perfect—10/10. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The property location was literally on the beach and basically right in the main chora. It was steps to Kyma and Sorokos which were both amazing spots for food and drinks. The staff were so friendly. Thank you to Andreas for being so welcoming and accommodating. The only thing is there were some people smoking in their rooms or around the property so this can be a deal breaker for many.

Great location, 2 mins walk from the port and right opposite the main sandy beach. Beautifully decorated, excellent breakfast variety, helpful and friendly staff. Great to have a free mini bar with cold drinks in the room replenished daily. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. A little noisy at night with music from neighbouring bar although quietened by around 11pm. Only downside was a leaky shower that soaked the bathroom floor but easy fixed with extra bath mats provided. Would definitely stay again.

This is by far not a luxury property, and not with the cost by far. When we arrived the safe was not working because the batteries were not changed. Then, we lost electricity. No ac all first night. And there’s an exit sign which is bright green flashing like a disco all night. Second day the called an electrician & it went back on. Only to turn off 3 times during the night. Finally around 4 am I was able to re set it. Flashing exit sign never stopped. They taped it up with a black plastic bag, but it was so bright that you could still see the flash. Then there’s a wall to look at on your patio & sand in the jacuzzi which was “clean”. The desk is not manned all the time & once they leave, they close the patio doors and turn off the lights. So no water, no nothing. All this for a starting price of $600 per night, our friends paid more to look at a parking lot. Overall really a low end place. If you go to this island, rest a room for $200 & it will be great, with the money, and you will likely have ac. Don’t go to this crazy dump.

We had the most amazing time at Utopia, the hotel was perfectly located by the port but not too close. John was the perfect host, so welcoming, kind and helpful. He secured a number of dinner recommendations, all of which were lovely. You can take bikes around the island to the other beaches, hired from only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend!

Das Personal ist spitze! Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und rundum wohl. Unser Zimmer war elegant und sauber. Gute Betten. Wir haben das Frühstück mit dem frisch gebackenen Brot, Joghurt mit frischen Früchten und dem liebevoll zubereiteten Cappuccino sehr genossen. Dieser Aufenthalt war geprägt von griechischer Gastfreundschaft und wird uns immer in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
