"Fantastic view from our room and steps to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was only one frying pan and no other pots or pans so I was thankful we had brought one of our own. Otherwise kitchen had the basics needed to be able to cook. Good sized fridge was able to accommodate all of our drinks and food. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This place is in a good location. Walk to everything. It was VERY Clean. Parking garage parking was very clean. Coffee in lobby 24/7. Mini toiletries provided (Shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, body lotion, makeup wipes. Mini frig & microwave in rooms. Mini coffee maker as well but just go to the lobby to get the coffee, its better. I would DEF stay here again."

"The condo itself was good. There were a few minor issues, such as worn-out couches and weak Wi-Fi, but overall it was a comfortable stay.The reason for our lower rating is due to the communication with the owners. When we checked in, we noticed a water stain and sent a photo to the owners. They replied that they were already aware of it. The next day, a man knocked on our door, introduced himself as Ray, said he was the owner, and asked to come inside. He looked at the water spot, then stayed for about 30 minutes chatting about unrelated matters.Upon checkout, I messaged the owners and suggested giving guests a heads-up before anyone comes by in the future. The owner responded that she hadn’t sent anyone and didn’t know who the visitor was. When I followed up with the time and details of the visit, I did not receive any further response.This was very concerning and left us feeling uneasy. If you stay here, it may be best not to open the door to unexpected visitors unless the owners notify you ahead of time."

"Very nice stay. Very clean. A few minor things the owner could not know about if I didn’t tell them. Prompt attention from the owners. Would recommend to anyone. Had one major issue and the owners were prompt and efficient. Not anything they did just a freak issue that came up. Definitely stay here the place will not disappoint "

"Location was great. Easy to beach and boardwalk 1/2 hour to Rehobeth boardwalk and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely and residents super friendly The place could definitely use a spruce up and rugs replaced with floors to make for a cleaner neater apartment"

"Super cute abs just enough room for our family of 7. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Table was big enough for all of us to sit down and eat together. The spiral staircase was an unexpected hit! Despite the rainy weather we had a great time! "
