"The staff was the best this hotel had . The rooms are ok but don’t expect a safe box in your room for your valuables because there is none . The day I checked in the inside of my closet was wet with water my clean clothes got wet still don’t know why the air inside of my closet was wet . There are not proper water facilities only one washer and 3 dryers they did not work properly. The location was good many restaurants. Staff lack of English skills was a problem for me ."

"Superb hotel! We’re really glad we found this place for our 4-night stay in Beijing. The garden is absolutely charming and relaxing, and the location is very convenient, with so many restaurants and a few coffee shops in the area.
One tip: if you’re taking a taxi, wait for the driver at the hutong entrance instead of asking them to drive inside. We made that mistake, and the driver had to navigate the narrow hutong, but luckily they managed to get through without any scratches!"
"Se você precisar de um local simples com preço bom é uma ótima ideia, mas tenta em mente que é simples mesmo. O quarto estava limpo, as meninas da recepção são atenciosas, o local fica em uma rua cheia de restaurantes e a uns 10 minutos do metro, não tem elevador e o cheio de cigarro é forte mesmo nos quartos com aviso de proibido fumar. Como eu só chegava pra tomar banho e dormir deu certo pra mim."
